Processing Times

Because our products are handmade, please allow 3–5 business days for your order to be prepared before it ships.

Personalized, custom, or made-to-order items may require additional processing time. If additional time is needed, the estimated processing time will be noted in the product description.

Please remember that processing time is separate from shipping time.

Shipping

Orders are shipped within the United States using the shipping method selected at checkout. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information when available.

Estimated shipping times begin after your order has been processed and shipped. Shipping times may vary depending on the carrier, destination, weather, holidays, and other circumstances outside of our control.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you can use the tracking information provided in your shipping confirmation email to follow its progress.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. Creek Sewn Designs is not responsible for packages shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

Delayed or Lost Packages

While we do our best to make sure every order arrives safely, once a package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delays may occur.

If your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please first check with household members, neighbors, and your local carrier.

If your package appears to be lost or significantly delayed, please contact us so we can help you determine the appropriate next steps.

Damaged Items

Your order is carefully packaged before it leaves Creek Sewn Designs. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and include photos of the damaged item and packaging so we can assist you.
